Business Park Environmental Quality Scores
A student carried out an investigation to consider the question: ‘Do modern business parks have a higher environmental quality than older industrial estates?’
In order to do this the student compared an old industrial estate with a recently developed business park. Figure 5 shows the data collected at each site.

Why this answer loses marks
I added only the positive scores and used that result as both the total and the mean.
All signed criteria must be included, then the total divided by the number of criteria before the two results are entered separately.
